If you're looking for something with a bit of a kick, try the Jalapeno Popper Bites. For this recipe, you'll need jalapeno peppers, cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, bacon, and some breadcrumbs. First, cut the jalapenos in half lengthwise and remove the seeds and membranes. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese and cheddar cheese. Stuff the jalapeno halves with the cheese mixture. Wrap each stuffed jalapeno half with a half - strip of bacon. Roll the bacon - wrapped jalapenos in breadcrumbs. Bake at 400°F for about 20 - 25 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy. These jalapeno popper bites are a perfect blend of spicy, cheesy, and smoky flavors.

Cheese Fondue is also a timeless warm cheese appetizer. You can use a variety of cheeses, such as Gruyere, Emmental, or even a combination of both. You'll also need some white wine, garlic, and a little bit of cornstarch. Rub the inside of a fondue pot with a cut clove of garlic. Add the shredded cheese and a splash of white wine to the pot.
